Our good friend Cory Walby aka Saturday Night Test Kitchen was one of our early testers of our product! We can't not post his photos and his way of using our brown butter because he always pushes the limit with it!
For this, he did the following:
The Pomegranate Rubbed Ribs were simmered in pork stock to build up the base, and then stripped and added to it with Northern Beans. Few other things added to it, and finished with @hunterbrownsyvr brown butter for a bit more depth.
