The one that started it all. I made this dish in a Christmas party and made too much brown butter that it fell to the bottom. Instead of letting it go to waste, I put it in the fridge and used it the next day with a fresh batch of spaghetti noodles. And now, no more mis-measuring for this girl!

INGREDIENTS
Serves 2
4 oz. spaghetti noodles (2 quarter-sized bunch)
4 Hunter Browns' Brown Butter Cubes
1/2 cup feta cheese (or your choice of crumbled cheese)
8-10 jumbo ready-cooked prawns, thawed (optional)
Fresh parsley (optional)
Chili flakes (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan on medium-high heat, melt three Brown Butter Cubes, stirring occasionally.
Add prawns and sear each side for one minute or until golden brown.
Add the the last Brown Butter Cube and allow it to melt.
Add spaghetti noodles into toss to coat with brown butter.
Add feta cheese and sprinkle frsh parsley and chili flakes for garnish and voila, dinner is served!
